Cheetah Walk
Before you decide to do just the Cheetah Walk, have a look at our discounted Combo rate where you have your special time with our cheetahs, but also get to see the other cats at Tenikwa for a nominal additional cost.
During the cheetah walk, join the Tenikwa Cheetahs on their daily exercise walks. This is a really unique opportunity to spend some quality time with an endangered creature, and an experience which will last a lifetime. Pre-booking is essential.
Daily Depature Times: The Sunrise Cheetah Walk departs at 07h30. Program finishes at 09h00, followed by coffee and freshly baked muffins served at Chester's. The Sunset Cheetah Walk departs at 16h30. Program finishes at 18h00 followed by a complimentary glass of wine and snacks served at Chester's. Refreshments are also served during the walk. The Sunrise Cheetah Walk & Wild Cat Combo departs at 07h30. Program finishes at 10h30. The Sunset Cheetah Walk & Wild Cat Combo departs at 15h30. Program finishes at 18h00 followed by a complimentary glass of wine and snacks served at Chester's. Refreshments are also served during the walk. Please note that during summer, the walk may commence later due to excessively hot days. In this case, the scheduled time for completion may be extended by half an hour. In winter, times may be adjusted to accommodate fading light.

Children Policy: For safety considerations there is a minimum height restriction of 1.5m. Small infants may be carried in backpacks (not supplied) but the terrain is not suitable to carry infants in arms during the cheetah walk.
Dress Code: Long Trousers and sturdy, closed walking shoes. Please bring only what you can carry in your pockets, and your camera.
